Sought after for its fantastic performance and relatively low weight & profile, the US modular sleep system (MSS) has a lot of great components, and the stuff sack is one of the most useful pieces.
Manufactured in the US by Tennier Industries (as with the rest of the MSS) the stuff sack aids the shedding of a surprisingly bulky part of your soft equipment: air. when properly squished down, soft gear takes up a whole lot less volume. Especially when it comes to gear for sleeping & camping. The compression sack made for the modular sleep system was designed to greatly compress and contain all 4 parts of the sleep system sans air, but is useful for pack organization as well. You can never have enough sacks to stuff.
Constructed with 9 robust nylon straps that can handle compressing bulky soft equipment without snapping or fraying, and stay tight all the while. The straps and draw cord cinch give it the ability to expand and contract with how much gear you need to stuff it full of. The outer shell is water-resistant nylon and while not water proof by any means, will still do a great job at keeping your sleep system as dry as possible.
Condition
Compression sacks are in excellent condition with no stains, tears, rips, or holes. Minor signs of use may be present, but sleeping bags are fully functional.
